Traditional and New Style Barbering
I decided to start the journey to becoming a licensed barber, because of a few roadblocks in my life. I've always been attracted to any type of Art including Music, poetry, painting, drawing, tattooing, etc. Straight out of high school I accepted an offer to play football on the collegiate level and that was my plan, I was going to study physical therapy and exercise science, not knowing what I would even use my degree for! so I went to IOWA for about a year and a half and got caught up failing classes, losing academic scholarships, getting caught up in alcohol and the wrong things that were just leading me to a really bad place. I came home looking for what I was going to do with my life now that I had dropped college. Christmas came around and i received a pair of clippers because at one point in time I had expressed my interest in being a barber. Christmas day I cut my baby brothers hair, and since then it has been a straight shot knowing that this was my life's calling. I put my all into this, This is more than just me being a barber, its me making a difference in every guest's day and hopefully being able to change the dynamic of a barbershop experience.
